Entry: To enter, the person must fill out the registration form at Pryor location. No purchase is necessary to enter. No payment or account with pryority.bank is necessary to enter. Must have a valid phone number to claim prize. Must enter within hours of Promotion Period.
Eligibility: The Giveaway promotion for 125 Year Anniversary is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and territories and the District of Columbia who are 18 years old or older at the time of the entry. Employees of pryority.bank (including its subsidiaries, affiliated companies and agencies), their immediate family members (spouse and children living at home), and others living in their household are not eligible to win. For purposes of this Promotion members of the Board of Directors or Advisory Board of any pryority.bank location will be considered employees and thus not eligible to win. Limit one prize per household. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. If a promotion winner is a pryority.bank account holder, all accounts must be in good standing, have had no fraudulent transactions and no pending legal actions.

On 09/12/2025 a random drawing will be conducted from the pool of entries collected. The winner need not be present to win, but the winnings must be claimed by 09/19/2025. If the winner does not claim the prize, another name will be drawn from that drawing’s entries. The decision of pryority.bank management is final in all cases. The odds of winning will vary depending upon the number of entries received. Winning cash value will be reported to all appropriate tax authorities. The prize winners are responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes on his/her prize. All prize winners will be required to provide proof of identity.
Notification: If a prize is not claimed by the deadline, an additional drawing will be held from the remaining entries that day. The winners will be notified by telephone provided at the time of entry. All reasonable efforts will be made to locate the winner; however, pryority.bank is not responsible for incorrect or changed phone numbers, failures in phone lines or electronic equipment or other mechanical, electronic or human malfunctions that prevent or delay notification. If pryority.bank is unable to locate or notify a randomly selected winner within 24 hours of the first attempt, an alternate winner will be selected using the same techniques as the original drawing. pryority.bank will furnish the name and telephone number of all prize winners to the appropriate state administrator. Termination: pryority.bank has the sole power to terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notification and to make decisions regarding the interpretation of the rules. All decisions of pryority.bank are final and legally binding and conclusive in all matters.
